We are a not-for-profit organisation with 60 years history of being a key service provider for people with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities. Our BrightSky Australia enterprise provides medical consumables and equipment across Australia to the home, businesses and government. All profits go towards supporting Forward Ability Support community programs.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Customer Service Help Desk Coordinator, your responsibilities include the following:

- Provide a friendly and warm welcome to all our face to face and pick-up customers
- Work closely with our Warehouse and Customer Care team to place and fill orders
- Data entry and administrative duties
- Ensure the reception area is well presented

**About You**

You will ideally have a strong background in retail/customer service with strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accurate data entry is essential. As this role will requires you to work autonomously, a positive can do attitude is a must as is the ability to be proactive and self motivated.

An understanding of people with a disability or health concerns would be an advantage. Those with lived experience are encouraged to apply.
