**Field Merchandising Representative**

Logitech Australia is looking for a Field Merchandising Representative to visit and execute key marketing strategies at store level looking after our southern region in VIC, SA and TAS. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, it will be your responsibility to manage your assigned stores. Core functions of this role will include merchandising retail stores, reporting using the online portal, reporting back to the wider team, and managing your call cycles.

The key responsibilities include;
- Management of stores and presentation of brands
- Developing strong client relationships with retail stores
- Store Training and staff education
- Campaign and Program implementation
- Making recommendations regarding efficiency and sales growth
- Keeping abreast of industry information and initiatives
- Analysing and implementing Logitech’s sales and marketing strategies
- Developing strong business plans and preparing client reports
- Using visit tracking tool at each visit
- Preparing monthly/ quarterly reports on store visits
- Call cycle management
- Achieving set KPI's

**Your Skills**:
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous Field experience with min 5-years+ experience in Retail Environment
- A team player attitude and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Analytical skills and experience
- A Team player
- Humorous, and ability to troubleshoot on the go.
- Passion for technology, music and retail
- A Gamer, and good understanding of gaming market, trends, community, and social activities is a bonus
