**About The Sunny Child**:
Located in the western coastal suburb of Perth (Wajuk Country) our Sunny Child service is one which takes great pride towards delivering a high quality and intentional environment for all children and their families. Although small with 47 children per day, our service certainly packs a punch, exploring best practice approach's and delivering an authentic Reggio Emilia Program.

**Describing Our Sunny Child Educators**:
We are looking for people who believe in our organisational values and looking for educators who actively want to be apart of our team for a long time. At One Tree Community Services, we take great pride towards inclusive practice, especially with our educators. We have a educators from all walks of life, who can speak different languages and come from different vocational backgrounds, sharing their transferrable skills.

**Our Lead Educators Have**:

- Min 12 months experience as a lead educator
- Successfully completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Passionate person who will bring positive energy and loves to collaborate with peers
- Sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- A pioneer towards embedding best practice
- Excellent communication skills and has a person centered approach
