**About the role**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Providing services in the client’s house such as assistance with showering, grooming, toileting, meal preparation and assistance with general household tasks.
Assisting and encouraging independence with clients by taking them out into the community to complete tasks such as shopping or to attend appointments.
Liaising with the care team regarding any concerns or feedback the client may have with Baptcare’s service to ensure we are meeting the needs of every client.
Maintaining strict privacy and dignity with all information relating to Client care and promotes same with any other members of the team or contractors on site.
**About you**:
Completed Certificate III in aged care or individual support or above.
Current First Aid certificate.
Available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and one of Tuesdays or Thursdays, 8am - 3pm.
Willing to travel to Teasdale, Annakie and Bannockburn.
Minimum 1 year Aged Care (preferrably In Home Care) experience.
Current Australian Drivers license and access to a registered and vehicle with insurance.
Ability to meet and perform the inherent requirements of the role.
