**About the Role**

As a **Finance Broker**, you’ll play a critical role in driving business growth by connecting with clients, offering tailored finance solutions, and achieving sales targets. Whether you’re new to sales or have prior experience, we’ll equip you with the tools and training needed to thrive in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach and daily live leads.
- Provide tailored finance product recommendations to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Close sales contracts while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Track and manage your pipeline using our CRM system.

- **Location**: Springfield, QLD
- **Hours**: Full-time | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM AEST
- **Employment Type**: Commission-only
