- A current and valid blue card.-
- First Aid Certificate.Skills and Attributes- A comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard to ensure best practices.-
- Ability to guide, mentor and support a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement.-
- Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating high-quality educational programs.-
- Demonstrated capacity to reflect on practices, seek feedback and engage in ongoing professional learning.-
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, colleagues and the broader community.-
- Proven track record as an effective leader or mentor in an early childhood settings.-
- Ensuring all children have equitable access to learning opportunities, catering to diverse needs.-
- Participation and ability to research and engage in community networking, ongoing training and professional development to remain updated with sector changes.-
