Ginger & Smart are looking for Casual Sales Associates to work in our Rundle Mall Boutique.
- Your Purpose:_
As a Casual Sales Associate, you will be responsible for representing the brand towards your customers and collaborate with your team to achieve KPI goals, build relationships and influence customer brand loyalty. Ability to style customers in our latest collections and know the current trends.
- To be successful in this role you will have:_
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Eagerness to build & nurture a VIP customer base
- Team player who is self-motivated, well-organized & has great problem-solving skills
- Be passionate about fashion and people
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
