About the role
Cater Care is opening a new Allpress Espresso location at Sydney Domestic Airport. We're looking for Cafe Supervisors to come and lead our team. Our new Espresso bar will be serving our famous Allpress blends and a small seasonal menu. We are offering full time positions with a variety of shifts across the week.
**As a Café Supervisor, a typical day will see you**:
Open or Closing the Cafe
Lead the team to deliver excellent service to our customers.
Ensure budgets and KPI’s are being met.
Ensure the kitchen and FOH operations run seamlessly.
Stock ordering, rotation & merchandising
Adherence to food hygiene, cleaning & safety practices
Supervising, Directing and Coaching the team.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
**To nail this role you’ll need**:
A warm and friendly energy
Be a seasoned barista, both capable and confident on the machine
Previous Supervisory experience
Strong customer service skills
Any café experience from register to Kitchen hand or waitress is awesome
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
First Aid Certificate
