**This Role**

Reporting to the Bid Writing Lead, the Bid Writer is accountable for the success of producing high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our tender submissions and projects.

Required skills include.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal parties including estimators, bid coordinators, project engineers, quality engineers and project managers to produce a variety of documents for tender submissions and projects
- Understand and interpret Request for Tender (RFT) documentation and develop appropriate responses
- Independently manage the production of project deliverables, including management plans, writing in a clear and concise manner and tailoring style and language to appropriate audiences
- Ensure compliance of all documentation
- Assist the team with the development and distribution of updated documentation
- Edit, clarify and proofread documents from across the business
- Continually make improvements to bid submissions and knowledge library

**Skills & Experience**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, or similar
- Onsite or office based Engineering, Mining or Construction experience
- Previous experience in a technical writing role within the remedial maintenance, construction and/or defence industries
