Cumani Racing requires experienced track riders to join its team based at Ballarat Racecourse, Miners Rest, Victoria.

Miners Rest is a 15-minute drive from the centre of Ballarat where all the attractions of a modern city can be found.

Melbourne is a further 1 hour 20 minutes by either car or rail.

It is recommended but not essential that the applicant has private transport.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills:

- The ability to ride both slow work and fast work to time
- The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Miners Rest is classified as a regional area of Australia and international applicants looking to fulfil their regional work obligations in order for a visa extension are also welcome to apply.

Rate of pay will be in accordance with the rider's experience and ability.
