**What you'll be doing**
The Rehabilitation Coordinator is an integral part of the Southern Area Brain Injury Service, providing quality rehabilitation coordination to patients/ clients of the SNSW Local Health District in order to meet their health and wellbeing needs.

**Selection Criteria**
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist. For Social Workers and Speech Pathologists, tertiary qualification in the relevant discipline and eligibility for membership of an appropriate Australian professional association in the discipline.
- Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Extensive experience in rehabilitation with a well-developed knowledge of brain injury services and ability to work with mínimal supervision as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work / caseload across a regional area.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence based practice.
- Demonstrated ability to lead planning and evaluation of team activities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide and coordinate staff and student supervision.
- Current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances.
