We know that repairing a car ding is a stressful, painful and inconvenient. DingGo solves this problem. Founded in 2018 and growing dramatically, we are a web platform that takes the pain out of your ding.

We manage the complete transaction starting with customers submitting a few photos, to repairers easily quoting online (and winning new business) to customers booking in their repairs and getting a great-looking car back. Easy-as.

Our geographical reach continues to expand, while at the same time we are forging new partnerships with corporate fleets and referral programs. Now we need to take our business to the next level.

**About the role**

Our team is growing in both Sydney & Melbourne, and we’re looking for Customer Advocates for both locations. You will manage, engage and build long lasting relationships with our repair network; consciously focusing on the areas in which need more coverage as we increase our client base.

As a Customer Advocate you are on the front-lines with our customers. You will effortlessly be the connector between our repairers and our customers. You are reliable, a natural communicator, and always aim to do the right thing.

**What you'll be responsible for**
- Query Handling
- Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
