**The Opportunity**

We currently have a permanent opportunity available for a Finance Assistant to join our Brisbane office.

In this role, you will deliver a range of financial operational services to internal and external clients, ensuring these services are executed accurately and in a timely manner whilst adhering to existing and future operational guidelines.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

- Operations Finance Processing
- Client, Matter and Rate Management
- Trust & Controlled Monies Management

**About You**

Professional skills and competencies you will present include:

- TAFE Certificate/Diploma in a related area an advantage
- Legal or professional services exposure is an advantage
- Experience with high volume transactional processing
- Ability to work autonomously under tight timeframes in a fast paced evolving environment.
- Solutions focused and be able to collaborate with a range of different stakeholders at various levels of the firm
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner, whether written or verbal
- Ability to operate autonomously when required.
- High level of attention to detail
