**About the Opportunity**
Are you passionate about creating a thriving workplace culture and driving meaningful change? RACV is seeking a dynamic **People & Culture Consultant** to be a trusted partner across our business, delivering high-impact HR support and continuous improvement.
As the primary contact for people matters, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering professional, responsive, and cohesive People & Culture services. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and champion operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement of P&C processes, content and systems to optimise useability, accuracy and efficiency
- Contributing to P&C related projects
- Providing professional and efficient support to the business and ensuring the accurate and timely action of P&C administrative tasks, processes and queries Stakeholder Relationships
- Develop key stakeholder relationships, working in partnership to ensure the business needs are met
**What you’ll need to be successful**:
- Relevant qualification in P&C or related discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience working within a P&C function
- Demonstrated HR process improvement, P&C system knowledge and providing P&C advice
- Intermediate Office suite skills
- Excellent administration, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent understanding of positive customer service principles
- Results Focused
- Strong communication skills
- Customer focused
- High attention to detail
