Currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Kilsyth team.

**Store Location**:Kilsyth

**Role Type**: Permanent Full Time **(38 hours per week - Sunday to Thursday roster)**

**Departments**:All

We're looking for an enthusiastic, sports loving person who is excited about a career in the retail industry. If you are comfortable working with and leading a team, providing a positive role model for other staff and meeting sales targets then this role is for you

Our only mandatory requirement is that you have an avid interest in and love of sport with the position available being great stepping stone into store management and will help you expand your career in retail and the sporting goods market.

Here are some of the qualities we are looking for:

- A passion for sport & fitness especially community and grass roots sport
- Outgoing personality and passion for assisting customers in their sporting needs
- Leadership & staff/team management experience
- Strong belief in teamwork and team development
- Excellent communication and organisation skills

Suitable applicants for this position would have:

- Consumer retail experience (2-3 years)
- Proven management and leadership experience
- Experience in dealing with high stock volumes in a retail environment
- Merchandising & visual presentation in detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.20 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
