**Hourly rate**:
Above part time award wage: $28.96 per hour + superannuation

**Working hours**:
This role is required for 3 hours on a Tuesday and 3 hours on a Wednesday each week, a total of 6 hours per week. We can be flexible with timing on a Tuesday or Wednesday. You may prefer to work early morning, during school hours or in the afternoon. Once shift times are agreed, we do require that they remain consistent each week.

**About the role**:
**Day to day duties and responsibilities include**:
Maintaining high standards in cleaning the common areas of a strata apartment complex, including:

- Entry foyers including glass
- Hallways
- Lifts
- Outdoor courtyards and pathways
- Stairways
- Garbage rooms
- Carpark

Put bins out for collection and bring in after collection

Washing of empty bins after collection

Wedding of garden beds

Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

**About you**:
**To succeed in the role you will**:

- Have previous experience in commercial cleaning
- An ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, blowers, etc
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage
- Be highly organised
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Be highly competent in identifying issues and troubleshooting problems, implementing effective solutions
- Be detail orientated and complete work with mínimal / zero mistakes
- Have the ability to perform the task seamlessly
- Be highly proactive, and utilise company software to record the completion of each task

As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our client. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers.
