**About us**
Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas of the law: criminal, family, and everyday civil legal concerns. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices.
**About the role**
The role of Manager Respectful Workplace Support Team is responsible for establishing and leading our Respectful Workplace Support Team. This team supports Legal Aid NSW to be a respectful workplace, including by supporting Legal Aid NSW staff and managers to resolve workplace issues.
This role will lead the Respectful Workplace team in providing advice, guidance and support to staff in addressing and facilitating the resolution of issues in the workplace; to reduce the number of these issues through training, policy development and other proactive measures and drive positive change across the organisation.

**The essential requirements for this role**
You must:
- be willing to do a Criminal Record Check and/or Working with Children Check
- hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)
- live in NSW or willing to relocate to NSW
