**Clinical Care Manager** of a
**128-bed modern facility** in
**Noble Park.**

Our client is seeking a Clinical Care Manager, who demonstrates initiative and leadership to oversee and lead a team of enrolled nurses, registered nurses, carers, and support staff as their senior clinician.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 128-bed Aged Care residence in **Noble Park**:

- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a Clinical leadership role
- Registered Nursing qualification
