**Global Investment Manager** that offers unique and proven investment strategies to its institutional and intermediary investors. Due to growth within the business they are looking to recruit an Associate within their Melbourne Client Service and Distribution team.

**Duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Prepare and update presentations, and produce documents, marketing material and client reports to a high standard
- Respond to adviser and investor queries, distributing information and escalating any issues
- Coordinate with Marketing team on promotion of events, conferences & webcasts
- Assist development and delivery of national webcast program
- Manage CPD accreditation
- Assist with the development and communication of quarterly resources for clients and regional directors
- Participate as required on relevant projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and genuine interest of investment strategies.

In order to be successful you must be able to demonstrate that you are looking to
**further your career in investments,** ideally in a client service / sales support capacity. You should also be able to show the following:

- Bachelor degree and / or Post Graduate studies with strong academic results
- Previous experience in a client service or administrative capacity with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Good foundation understanding of investment products and the funds management industry
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in software including Power Point, Excel and Word.
- You must have full working rights (PR or Citizenship required).
