Due to company growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Territory Manager with a strong sales background in the Hospital space to join this well recognized and respected Australian company. Alternatively, you may be an Allied Health Professional with clinical experience and outbound sales in another field, who wants to combine the two.

**The role**
Additional headcount in Victoria due to growth across the various markets in the North and West of Melbourne metro, as well as some regional areas.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for marketing and driving revenue for a diverse range of capital and medical equipment. You will offer expert advice and technical expertise to key stakeholders ranging from NUMs to C-Suite, providing solutions and driving better patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities are as follows**:

- Manage a territory in the North and West of Melbourne metro and regional areas
- Meet or exceed allocated budget requirements
- Build networks among various stakeholders both internally and externally to assist in the growth of assigned territory
- Advise management of trends and developments within the market
- Work to a call plan and utilise CRM functions to strategise future opportunities
- Driven with a sales mentality, resilient and adaptable to change
- Experience in medical device sales or strong clinical knowledge
- Proven sales success within the hospital sales industry or other related fields
- OTs, Physios, nurses desirable, however not essential
- Understanding the private and public hospital system, and the procurement process
- Ability to identify and develop new opportunities
- Ability to work autonomously, but also a team player within the business both locally and nationally
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Ability to communicate technical and clinical information to a variety of external stakeholders
- Willingness to travel overnight where required regionally and also sales attend sales conferences interstate
