Your job?
To make it easy, exciting, and seamless for every client you speak to.
You’ll guide people through the process, recommend the right mix of gear, and hand over clean info to the ops team so the event runs without a hitch.
You're not just doing sales or admin — you're part of the **engine room** that keeps this business running.
**Where You Fit In**
You’ll be the first voice many clients hear — friendly, confident, helpful.
You’ll build relationships with new clients (yes, you’ll be picking up the phone daily), making sure every enquiry is followed up, every lead is actioned, and every booking is locked in smoothly.
You’ll also make sure no detail gets missed between the office and operations team.
**Your Role Will Include**:
- Calling and following up with new enquiries and leads
- Quoting and building event packages that suit the occasion
- Confirming bookings and prepping handovers for the operations team
- Making proactive follow-ups and building strong relationships
- Managing client information in our systems with 100% accuracy
- Problem-solving when plans change — because that’s what pros do
