Casual Movie Minders @ Top Ryde Shopping Centre

**Your Duties**:
- Ensuring that children remain seated during the movie, taking groups of no more than 4 children to the cinema toilets, greeting parents and children at check in, assisting team leader with any additional duties (for example: setting up water table, packing away check-in desk materials, swapping position in cinema with a staff member who is taking children to the toilet so that supervision continues adequately in their absence). Your uniform will be a plain white shirt (t-shirt or collared), black or navy long or 3/4 business pants, enclosed black shoes (runners or other).
**Our Perfect Caregiver**:
- We are looking for team members who would be confident to look after large groups of children in a team setting (we work to ratio: 1 staff to a maximum of 15 children). Someone who has experience in behavior management would be desirable and who is happy to work in various roles within the team (usher, seat allocator or on the registration desk). Someone who is approachable and a team player. If you are fairly new to nannying but have other experience that you feel confident would make you a valuable member of the team please feel free to reach out. We are also happy to interview school leavers who are interested to work with children. We require our applicants to have an active Working With Children Check.
