**PHARMACY ASSISTANT or PHARMACY STUDENT WITH EXPERIENCE IN A PHARMACY ASSISTANT ROLE - MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE**
**We are looking for an energetic part time Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team in our holistic healthcare pharmacy located in North Bondi**
**About the role**
**The successful applicant will support the pharmacists and store by providing exceptional customer service, advice and education on health products.**
**You will be responsible for**:
- **Delivering exceptional customer service to each and every customer**
- **Giving advice on over the counter medicines where appropriate**
- **Processing sales and offering add-on products**
- **Marking off and putting away stock**
- **Receiving and entering invoices using the pharmacy software (FRED Office)**
- **Merchandising and maintaining store presentation**
- **Webster Packing**
- **Cleaning of the pharmacy**
- **Following directions given by the Pharmacist**

- **Someone who is friendly, outgoing and motivated with a keen eye for detail.**
- **Ability to execute exceptional customer service on a consistent basis**
- **Rapport building skills with customers is essential.**
- **Qualified S2/S3 certificate for the supply of pharmacy and pharmacist medications as well as any other industry qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential.**
- **Knowledge of pharmacy products and practitioner vitamins**
- **Willingness to learn and grow with the business**
