**To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate**:

- Retail experience
- Experience in supervising teams (desired)
- An understanding of ordering and cost control
- Experience with team rostering will be an advantage
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
- Commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with both team members and management
- Commitment to work health and safety standards
