Maintenance Planner

TOM’S CRANE CO is a local company based in Perth, WA, specializing in the supply of quality Tower Crane equipment and a large range of accessories including Winches, Hoists and Pedestrian Gantries.
Safety and reliability is core of the company. The company is urgently looking for a full time Maintenance Planner to work on full time basis as part of the team.

Duties to be performed:

- Developing plans and improve strategies related to the maintenance of all plant equipment.
- Ensure maintenance of work management systems and ensure & prioritize work safety by effective planning in regards to potential hazards and management of existing and promote and plan proactive work to reduce high and medium risk tasks;
- Advise clients on the right equipment for the job requested, to ensure the best solution;
- Organize and preparing drawings following the policies and standards of the company.
- Ensure to follow the correct and complete protocol to report all incidents and accidents and manage the workplace premises to comply with the relevant Occupational Health and Safety Act is adhered to at all times;
- Prepare plan and work orders, including but not limited to routine maintenance, major overhauls and possible shut down maintenance work, providing weekly / monthly plans and schedules;
- Managing ordering of parts or services, issuing quotes, creating specifications as required to ensure quality assurance, and following company standards and requirements.
- Liaising with suppliers and managing to expedite external parts and contractor labour suppliers.
- Experience with maintenance requirements for Electrical Tower Cranes.
- Electrical background and qualification required to plan maintenance requirements.

Location: Perth WA
Salary Offered: $90,000.00 to $ 110,000.00

**Job Type**: Full time 38 hours/week

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malaga, WA 6090: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
