In an increasingly competitive landscape, their paid search digital media solution is constructed to help brands connect with potential customers. We are looking for an ambitious, proactive Digital Account Manager to manage the relationships and digital campaigns of these brands.
In the new world of data-driven marketing and a thirst for 1st party data, this is your opportunity to sell industry leading, innovative digital media solutions into the retail and FMCG industry.
Through outbound sales engagement, you will develop new business, drive awareness, education, and create new media value proposition to existing and new FMCG accounts.
As a trusted digital advisor, you will sell 'Always-On' paid search proposals, campaign strategies across online, digital instore, print and radio to drive revenue growth for the brand/category/supplier.
About the role
As a proactive key account manager for both client and internal teams, your responsibilities will include maintaining client briefings, campaign activation, relationship building and overall growth of your client portfolio through successful completion of projects and strategic account/brand building.
Your Day-to-day
- You will work closely with your clients to understand creative briefs, costings and timelines, and support the management of projects through to completion
- You will make sure all campaigns and projects align to client objectives and gel together as part of a delivery roadmap.
About You
You are early in your career and passionate about all things digital and new media related. With 12-24 months of commercial experience building strong client partnerships, you are able to define and execute revenue growth/brand strategies.
You are resourceful, analytical and adaptable and love running projects in a consultative manner.
- Circa 2 years of Account Management experience in digital marketing, agency or media experience (paid search, SEM or digital marketing or sales)
- A proactive approach to sales (outbound) coupled with an ability to build strong business relationships and networks
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver exceptional client outcomes
