In the role as a BIM Project Coordinator, you will be will be responsible for coordinating and managing BIM processes and procedures across a range of exciting projects that make a difference in society within the Health sector. **Key responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage BIM processes and procedures across various projects
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure BIM models and documents are accurate, up-to-date and meet project requirements
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Participate in design and coordination meetings
- Provide training and mentoring to team members as required
- Work closely with the project teams, liaising with all stakeholders including clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field in the BIM Space
- Current local experience working in a BIM coordination or
hybrid technician/BIM coordinator role
- Strong knowledge of BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks & Drofus is desired
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the Health sector is desirable but not essential - strong experience on larger scale projects $60 million upwards
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
