**Super** opportunity to join the Management team at **Supercheap Auto McGraths Hill **if you have **great retail supervisory experience** & **customer service skills** - a passion for anything automotive will be highly regarded
Full time position working 43 hours per week across weekdays and weekends - good work life balance in a retail environment working 1 in 3 weekends

**_ Please note that supervisory experience in a retail environment would be advantageous_**

Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supporting store operations and assisting with leading our teams.
In addition to this you will be:
- A hands on leader - happy to work in all areas of a retail store and lead a team by example

- Sharing your product knowledge and experience
- Leading, developing and motivating a team to meet their full potential
- Able to thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
