**Assembly Technician - Fly‑Screen Systems (Minto, NSW)**

**Role Overview**:
GEM Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced **Fly‑Screen Assembler** to join our production team at our Minto factory. You’ll be assembling aluminium fly‑screen frames with precision and attention to quality. This is a hands‑on role in a well‑established manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble fly‑screen frames and mesh to specification
- Lift materials (up to 20 kg) and safely move products
- Follow work orders and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Collaborate as part of a team to meet daily targets

**Required Qualifications & Traits**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** assembling fly‑screens or window/door frames
- Current **Australian driver’s licence**
- Physically fit and able to safely lift and manoeuvre materials
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation**:

- hourly rate between **$32-35 AUD**, negotiable based on experience—discussed during interview
