The Home Buying team unlocks the dream of Home Ownership for Australians through end-to-end management of the Home Loan business, including distribution, acquisition, retention, customer experience, risk, change, and continuous improvement

**As a Product Owner (Senior) your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap; sufficiently prioritising the backlog to maximise value
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, day-to-day delivery and agile ceremonies
- Act as the voice of the customer and translate this for the team to drive a collaborative approach to problem solving
- Manage the squad’s performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc
- Measure and experiment to ensure every initiative is delivering value to customers and shareholders
- Identify, articulate and manage dependencies, risks and compliance across streams of work
- Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
- Lead and develop the product roadmap, and engagement with senior stakeholders/ business units to manage the delivery of product roadmap
- Maintain a healthy prioritised Backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes
- Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to
- Strong knowledge in Digital Banking and mobile app experiences
- Experience designing and executing digital experiences (web and app) to deliver business and customer value
- Deeply passionate and curious about the ways our customers interact with our different channels, and champion the voice of our customers at every possible chance
- Proven Product Owner & team leadership experience
- Knowledge of Artificial intelligence and emerging technology
- Experience in defining Product Roadmaps and delivering Product vision
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities. Success in the role requires the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
