Are you passionate about working with children and ready to begin a rewarding career in early education? St **Nicholas Early Education**is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a **Certificate III Trainee.**

As a valued member of our dedicated team, you’ll be supported as you complete a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care** through a work-based traineeship. You’ll learn hands-on, develop meaningful relationships with children and families, and gain the skills to thrive in a nurturing, purpose-driven environment.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you are expected to be an active member of a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children. This includes:

- Developing strong relationships with children at St Nicholas
- Developing strong relationships that support and partner with families
- Implementing the policies and associated procedures of St Nicholas at all times and
- Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of St Nicholas

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA**
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy to assist with documenting learning
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced educators
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to completing the traineeship

**EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA**
- No prior qualifications required
- To undertake the Certificate III
- Early Childhood Education and Care Workbased Traineeship CHC30113
- Working With Children Check verification number.
