12 month temp assignment for an aspiring tech recruiter with a huge global player in the social media industry

**Your new company**

This is a company which blew up globally during the pandemic, and has been on a massive growth trajectory since. This is a very rare opportunity to join one of the world's social media giants, on a 12-month temporary assignment (with a potential to extend). This is an entry level sourcing role, working alongside a team of more experienced recruiters. You will need at least 1 year of technical sourcing experience, and this is a role in which you will grow and develop your skills.

**Your new role**
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract top tech talent
- Use various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as tech meet-ups and events to build your pipeline
- Conduct phone screens and interviews
- Use your market knowledge to provide insights to TAs

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical sourcing role, either in internal recruitment or agency
- You will be proficient in Boolean search, Linkedin Recruiter and various ATS
- You will have strong communication skills and an ability to network face to face with industry professionals
- You must have full working rights (no Working Holiday Visas able to apply) and be able to start in February
