This role requires a highly capable and motivated individual who is both a leader and a team player with a desire to create a track record in retail.
Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, resolving customer issues as they arise
- Coach and develop team members in all aspects of their role
- Monitor, review and manage store sales performance against targets, driving improvements as required
- Complete store administration to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements
- Manage and maintain store expenses within budget
- Roster team members for effective store coverage and in accordance with Award and budget requirements
- Ensure all team members maintain strong product knowledge store presentation, stock presentation and housekeeping standards
- Manage the minimisation of loss or damage to stock and assets in store
To be successful in this role you will possess the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Previous 1 year of experience in retail management essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability coach and develop team members
- Drive to succeed and run a highly profitable store
- Exceptional customer focus, being passionate about the customer.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
