The City of Cockburn are seeking a dynamic, motivated and passionate individual to join our crew at the Port Coogee Marina.

**About the Position**

We have an opening to onboard a new crew member t at the Port Coogee Marina, in an operational and customer experience capacity to support our recent expansion to 230 marina berths.

This is a fantastic opportunity and timely offer for a motivated professional to work in a stunning seaside location with quality infrastructure, services and growing marina business..

**About you**

As the Dockmaster, you will have:

- Operational and customer service focussed knowledge from extensive experience within a similar technical marine environment or Super Yacht Industry.
- Experience in organising contractors, prioritising tasks and effective time management to meet deadlines and achieve required outcomes.
- Ability to innovate, make decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
- High level of interpersonal and conflict resolution skills including the ability to develop excellent working relationships with a broad cross section of people and groups.
- Physical ability to handle vessels, mooring lines, oil spill booms, pumps fire hoses and other mechanical equipment.
- Effective ability in prioritising tasks and developed time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve required outcomes.
- Experience working autonomously as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Commercial Vessel Qualification - minimum Coxswain (Grade 2 near Coastal) or higher

**Salary**: $90,331 to 95,827 pro rata per annum dependent on skills and experience.

**Te**rm**: Part Time (0.6FTE) till 31 December 2025 with possible extension.

**Hours**: 45.6 hours per fortnight, with preparedness to work regular weekends and outside of normal business hours, to be on a call out roster and be available to attend for response to emergency call outs.
