**The Role**:
Effectively lead and manage a large volume store to achieve sales, profit growth, customer service and expense management goals in accordance with the company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Successfully lead, coach, drive and inspire diverse store teams.
- Create a store environment that demonstrates passion for product, sports and services.
- Proactively recruiting and hiring top talent, training and development and career planning.
- Accountable for providing leadership on the sales floor by monitoring the team’s execution of customer service principles.
- Achieve target store and budgeted financial objectives and store inventory targets.
- Lead, adhere and oversee maintenance of store standards, procedures and operational excellence.
- Ensure the right product is in the right place and at the right time to meet the demands of the consumer.
- Train and execute premium brand presentation.
- Ensure the execution of visual presentation and standards including markdown execution/transfer of product.
- Perform all store management functions in absence of Store Manager.

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- Minimum 4 years general retail experience.
- Minimum 2 year supervisory/lead experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a large fast pace store.
- Extensive experience leading the delivery of a high level of customer service.
- Proficient in all Microsoft office products.
- Able to communicate proficiently in English.
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
