**Duration of the training program: 12 months from 5/8/25 up to 4/8/26**

**Term of the Contract: 3 Years in line with clause 52 of the Salaried Medical Officers Enterprise Agreement**

**At the end of the training program, CALHN will work with the employee to find a suitable placement within SA Health for the remainder of the 3 year contract.**

Beyond clinical excellence, you’ll have the chance to lead a clinical support portfolio in areas like research, education, organ donation, end-of-life care, ultrasound/echocardiography, or clinical governance. **About You**

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate professional ready to make a significant impact as an ICU Medical Practitioner. To succeed in this role, you will need:

- **Qualifications**: Eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and satisfaction of the College of Intensive Care Medicine’s criteria for entry into the Transition Year program.
- **Skills and Attributes**: A commitment to high-quality patient care, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, flexibility in dynamic clinical environments, and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- **Experience**: Proven training and experience in resuscitation, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
