**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead the team at our Multi-Award Winning Bakery/Café. Must be an experienced and passionate head barista with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead our team and ensure the continuing outstanding customer experience for our loyal customers.

**We have over 100kg’s of coffee going through the grinders per week**

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Develop, train and manage a team of baristas
- Delivering an outstanding hospitality experience with both barista craftsmanship and customer engagement
- Lead the team and department
- Ensure all stock orders are filled and within the required timeframes
- Smooth running of the section
- Remaining calm under pressure with high volume orders

**What we are looking for**:

- A customer-focused approach with great communication skills
- Preferably experience as a head barista or a start barista wanting to take that next step
- Great leadership skills to manage and lead a team to deliver high-quality, consistent outcomes
- Excellent latte art and the ability to train others
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- 40 Hours a week with availability for one day on the weekend

**Job Types**: Casual, Permanent
