**About the role**

GrainCorp is seeking an Administration Assistant for a 12 month contract opportunity based at our Marong office. This role will see you work with our operations team to provide general administrative assistance during harvest. The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Scheduling staff, as well as data entry on Kronos, the time and attendance system
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of casuals for the harvest season
- Reporting as well as providing general administrative support to the regional managers

**About your experience**
- Experience working with a casual workforce and the administration thereof.
- Working knowledge of Kronos as well as Excel. Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors will be beneficial.
- Ability to work in a team as this role will work closely with our operations team as well as other Administration Assistants at our other sites, including Tamworth, Wagga and Toowoomba
