**About the role**

BaptistCare catering division is seeking a Cafe Assistant on casual basis with view to permanent part time to take up all-rounder tasks and deliver high quality customer service to our residents. You will enjoy taking part of a big team who are committed and being able make the difference of resident's lives across three aged care centers in Macquarie Park.

**Duties may include**:

- Making tea and coffee
- Basic food preparation
- Working to achieve and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Cash handling

The rate of pay for this position is $23.57 + super + 25% casual loading/other applicable weekend penalties

**About you**

The successful applicant will be a team player with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a **Barista** and excellent customer service skills. You will also have the ability to work unsupervised with positive and warm approach to engage with our residents and brighten up their day. You must also have **2-3 days minimum** availability for shift hours 8:30am - 3:30pm.
