At Pathfinder Health we are building a community of support for Western Australians to thrive. We are looking for allied health professionals to join our supportive team.

Our clinic is within easy walking distance of Midland train station. We offer a modern furnished consulting room and full administrative support including reception, appointment calendar and bookings, invoicing and rebate processing. The flexible associateship arrangement, assistance with developing client list, and professional mentoring available also makes this an ideal opportunity for supported entry into private practice.

The practice would ideally suit therapists with qualifications and experience in Social Work, Psychology or Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and similar. Practitioners of other evidence-based Allied Health therapies are also very welcome to apply.

**Requirements**:

- Your practice will be based on evidence-based therapeutic techniques alongside continual professional development and curiosity
- Client focused, compassionate and accepting, with rock-solid personal integrity
- Full registration with professional association (AASW, AHPRA, etc)
- Eligible for a Medicare Provider Number or NDIS Worker Screening Check. Authorised to work in Australia. COVID-19 vaccinated
- Openly supportive of diversity, including ethnicity, disability, and LGBTQI+

Experience with Autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions and disabilities an advantage; professional mentoring is available to further develop your knowledge and skills in this fast-developing, fast-growing professional speciality.

Pay: $85.00 - $250.00 per hour
