**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Use assessment data to inform practice, identify barriers to learning, and extend student growth
- Manage the full learning cycle: planning, teaching, assessing, providing feedback, and reporting
- Actively contribute to the life of the school and its wider community

**Essential Criteria**
- Tertiary qualifications in Education (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
- Current NESA Accreditation
- Valid Working with Children Check clearance
- Knowledge of contemporary pedagogical approaches and curriculum content for primary years
- Ability to integrate technology and digital tools to support learning
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and the mission of Catholic education
