**About the role**

The Campus Operations Manager at EDU plays a pivotal role in leading a team of Student Experience Advisors to deliver exceptional student experiences. This role involves managing campus operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and enhancing student engagement from orientation to graduation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support Student Experience Advisors to deliver exceptional student service.
- Manage campus operations, including facilities, equipment, and service providers.
- Ensure student service standards are met and report performance.
- Organise student and staff events in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Implement strategies to enhance student engagement and retention.
- Manage informal complaints and continuous improvement processes.
- Coordinate campus operations, including opening, closing, and event support.
- Conduct performance reviews and support professional development of team members.

**Education, Experience, and Skills**
- Diploma or higher preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing CRM tools,preferable (Zendesk or other)
- 2+ years in a higher education or training organization.
- Experience with student services for international students under regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in databases (e.g., CRM, Student Management Systems, PRISMS) and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Developing leadership and management skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude and enjoys being around people.
