This is a complex project replacing systems that have been used for the last 20 years which means the change aspect is significant and there will be a large amount of stakeholder engagement - vendors, technical staff, architects, and internal/external stakeholder's.

**Mandatory Requirements**:
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, industry qualifications and Information Technology experience (minimum eight years).
Experience providing technical leadership for HCL Notes and HCL Domino technologies or equivalent - design, delivery and transition activities.
Experience contributing to document and records management related projects focused on high value, quality features and requirements.
Extensive experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and multiple vendors to deliver project outcomes.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with particular emphasis in the areas of influencing, conflict resolution and assertiveness to manage resistance to change and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Provide technical advice and guidance to management, business and technical staff relating to best practice solutions using the domain or technology.
Identify solution designs and oversee the transformation of requirements into technical task specifications.
Provide technical leadership in implementing continuous delivery and continuous integration practices across internal and external delivery teams.
This is an initial 12 month contract role with 2 x 12 month extensions, the role offers competitive market rates and a hybrid working environment.
