**About the Position**
Our Symes Grove Residential Aged Care Service is located in Taigum close to public transport and all amenities. We have part time opportunities for Personal Care Workers to join us offering 5-7 shifts per fortnight. Flexibility is required with additional shifts available to cover sick and holiday leave.

**About you**
As a Personal Care Worker, you will support a safe home-like environment, and encourage physical and social independence whilst safeguarding the dignity and privacy of the residents.
- Support residents with self-care including bathing and dressing
- Involvement with social and recreational activities
- Provide emotional, social and spiritual support to residents
- Be compassionate and personable
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the confidence & capacity to contribute to care plan documentation
- Committed to harmoniously working within a team environment
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or similar)
- National Police Clearance (current within 6 months)
- Full Covid Vaccination evidence
