UrbanVirons Group (Urbans) is a South Australian owned and operated company providing a range of Arboricultural, Civil, Environmental, Horticultural, Landscape Construction, Sports Turf & Open Spaces and Weed & Pest Management services to State & Local Government, High Profile Grounds & Facilities, Residential Housing and Commercial Clients.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated **Accounts Payable/ Receivable** professional to join our tight-knit team.

**The Role**

This position is an integral part of the business ensuring that the final link in our customer service chain is met, further enhancing our customer relationships.

**Key responsibilities of the role will include;**
- Work closely with customers to assist them in reconciling their accounts
- Creation and distribution of a high volume of daily invoices in line with contractual agreements.
- Gain a full understanding of contracts across multiple divisions to ensure varying contractual invoicing requirements are met
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels
- Produce weekly debtor age analysis reports and follow up issues with relevant stakeholders, including assistance with debt collection
- Ad hoc accounting and finance duties as reasonable required

**Experience**
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated prior experience in fast moving and complex organisations
- Be able to work autonomously and be proactively engaged with stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work and prepare reports and meet tight monthly deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Outlook, MS Word & Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Experience using finance software (experience using Pronto will be viewed favourably)
