**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our fast-paced kitchen team at TAMA Fine Dining.
- Ability to work well under pressure in high volume kitchen
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with can-do attitude
- Reliable, presentable and punctual

**The Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the assembly & preparation of ingredients for cooking
- Following direction towards portion control, cooking standards and wastage
- Ensure all aspects of food preparation is according to company guidelines and customer preferences
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, to include proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and implements
- Cleaning, sanitising and disinfecting all kitchen areas in accordance with daily cleaning
- Receive, store and distribute goods & equipment.
