**Key responsibilities**
- Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of registered nurses. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Assist registered nurses with various medical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and administering medications, following established protocols and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV
- Previous experience working as an Assistant in Nursing or in a similar role in a healthcare setting
- Ndis workers check
- National police check
- up-to date flu and Covid-19 vaccination
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.00 - $77.34 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Assistant in nursing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Nattional police check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
