**Your role**:
You will bring your enthusiasm and passion for working in retail into this rewarding role, where you'll lead and inspire our amazing team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
Having previous experience in an outlet retail roles or service industry is highly preferred. You must have at least 2 years previous experience in managing a team of at least 7-10. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail, a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
