- Strong experience (may be 8+ years) in the Esri stack (including ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online) and how this interacts with other common GIS software from architecture perspective (e.g. FME Server).
- Design enterprise level GIS solutions leveraging the visualisation and analysis capabilities of the ArcGIS Platform.
- Implement GIS industry's and vendor's best practices and recommendations.
- Spatial data integration and modelling
- Building and maintaining GIS databases
- Provide consulting during the detailed design, build, test and deploy phases, and re-engaged to perform benefits realization.
- Responsible for partnering with key roles (e.g., Architect, BA, etc.) to create solutions that are aligned to EA architecture standards & principles, leverage common solutions & services.
- Gain opportunities to support large-scale change and transformation.
- Strong knowledge of ArcPy, ArcGIS API for JavaScript and ArcGIS API for Python.
- Strong working knowledge and/or certification in industry standard architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF).
- Experience and/or certifications in industry platforms or domains (e.g. Microsoft, Cloud, REST, APIs, Databases).
- An ability to distil complex information into a clear and concise understanding.
- Excellent analytical skills in both a business and technology solutions context
