**About the role**
Seeking experienced Senior Technical Microsoft 365 Engineers or Consultants to join the team. We're looking for someone with a real passion for technology, as well as proven experience in the design and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- **Delivery** - Lead or assist in the implementation of solutions for clients. This includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- ** Support** - Where required act as an escalation point within the support team for technical issues in our clients' environments. This includes working within defined SLAs and efficient task prioritisation.
- ** Technology Leadership** - Maintain a regular cadence with key technology partners to ensure you are across product roadmaps, new solution offerings and the latest developments in the market. Promote knowledge sharing and conduct enablement sessions to ensure that technology updates are disseminated throughout the business.
- ** Continuous Improvement** - Contribute to the development of reference architectures, document templates and Standard Operating Procedures for areas where you have technical expertise. This includes the development of processes and procedures for project delivery.
- ** Information Security** - Adherence to the quality and information security policies and procedures applicable to processes they perform. Identifying, reporting, and potentially correcting quality and information security issues.
**Skills and experience**
5+ years of experience in the design and implementation of the following technologies:
- Traditional Microsoft Server Stack with a focus on Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange;
- Core Microsoft 365 products (i.e. Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online and Teams);
- Windows 10 deployments using Microsoft Autopilot / Intune and/or traditional platforms such as SCCM and MDT;
- Azure AD for Identity (including hybrid AD), Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA);
**Even Better if you have**
- Previous experience working in a conulting role
- Experience in manaing multiple project and priorities
- Relevant insdustry certifications (MCSE, VMware VSP)
- ITIL or equivalent certification
